Girls Rock! Tulsa is a one-week summer camp designed to provide young women, transgender and non-binary youth with an empowering, inclusive space to explore music, build confidence, and develop essential life skills. Participants learn to play instruments, form bands, write original songs, and perform in a live showcase, gaining teamwork, leadership, and self-expression skills that extend beyond music. Traditional music programs often focus solely on technical skills, whereas Girls Rock! prioritizes self-advocacy, collaboration, and identity-building.
